As part of the Enlighten Festival 2012 the National Gallery of Australia comes alive with many special events.
Enjoy a special late night viewing of the Renaissance exhibition and then relax and unwind at Sculpture Bar in the National Gallery of Australia’s Sculpture Garden (weather permitting).

- Follow up your evening viewing and come along and see stunning projections of Renaissance images as they are appear on the National Gallery of Australia Building from 8:30pm.

James Kidman, the Gallery's Executive Chef, talks about his new cookbook Renaissance Table and Christine Dixon, co-ordinating curator of Renaissance, provides insight into the food of the Renaissance period.

A journey through Italian Renaissance dance with Earthly Delights Historic Dance Academy. Be transported by the music, costumes and masks to a world of exquisite beauty, and join in for some of the dances.

- Friday 9 March will feature live music with musicians from ANU School of Music
- Saturday 10 March will showcase the talents of the Ladies Mantle Choral Group.
